Mezenchymální stromální buňky (MSC) jsou multipotentní buňky přítomné ve stromální frakci mnoha tkání. Jejich schopnost migrovat do míst s probíhajícím zánětem a jejich schopnost produkce imunoregulačních faktorů, společně s jednoduchou a neinvazivní metodou izolace, z nich činí zajímavého kandidáta pro buněčné terapie. Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) are multipotent cells present in the stromal fraction of many tissues. Their ability to migrate to inflammed sites and secrete immunoregulatory factors, toghether with the simple and non-invasive method of isolation, make them an interesting candidate for cell therapies.
