Illegal Behaviour during the course of Membership in Graffiti Subculture

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá významem nelegálního jednání v prostředí graffiti subkultury. Této problematice se věnuje v návaznosti na neefektivní preventivní opatření, které bylo v minulosti zavedeno pro tuto oblast delikvence. Práce předkládá možné důvody neúčinnosti tohoto opatření, které jsou identifikovány na základě rozkrytí významu nelegálního jednání sprejerů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení stěžejních pojmů a témat. Metodologická část práce popisuje postupy užité při realizaci kvalitativní výzkumné sondy. Empirická část předkládá výsledky výzkumu, které byly získány analýzou a interpretací dat sesbíraných formou rozhovorů se šesti respondenty.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with meaning of illegal behaviour in graffiti subculture. It follows this issue within the context of preventive measure established in this area which failed. The thesis presents possible reasons of this ineffectiveness. These reasons are identified on the basis of finding the meaning of illegal behaviour. The theoretical part is focused on definiton of key concepts and subjects. The methodological part of the thesis describes procedures used in realized qualitative research. The empirical part presents research outcomes which was obtained by analysis and interpretation of data obtained through interviews with six respondents.
