Prostorové rozložení lymfocytů v nádorových tkáních nabízí cenné poznatky o progresi rakoviny a potenciálních výsledcích léčby. Tato práce se zabývá metodami analýzy distribucí lymfocytů založenými na grafech se zaměřením na vzorky kolorektálního karcinomu. The spatial distribution of lymphocytes within tumor tissues offers valuable insights into cancer progression and potential treatment outcomes. This thesis explores graph-based methods for analyzing such distributions, focusing particularly on colorectal cancer samples.
