Tato práce se věnuje problematice české právní úpravy kárného řízení ve věcech soudců a státních zástupců. Stěžejním předpisem je zákon č. 7/2002 Sb., který je rozebírán od počátku své účinnosti až do současnosti, tedy i s ohledem na významnou novelu č. 314/2008 Sb. Abstract:
This thesis deals with Czech model of disciplinary proceedings against judges and prosecutors. The crucial rules are contained in the Act Nr. 7/2002 Sb., which is described from the beginning of its effect till nowadays, including the significant amendment Nr. 314/2008 Sb.
