Formal publicity principle in the Land Register

Abstract:

V úvodu své bakalářské práce jsem se stručně zmínila o vývoji právní úpravy katastru nemovitostí a definovala jsem základní pojmy, se kterými se v práci setkáme. Věnovala jsem se jednotlivým zásadám vedení katastru nemovitostí. V další části své práce jsem se věnovala principu formální publicity katastru nemovitostí v souvislosti s novu právní úpravou. Zabývala jsem se možnostmi získávání údajů z katastru, jejich legálním omezením, lhůtami pro podávání informací a poplatky za jejich získání. Na závěr jsem zmínila ochranu osobních a utajovaných informací v souvislosti s požadavkem na veřejnost katastru nemovitostí.

Abstract:

In the beginning of my thesis I briefly mentioned the development of legal documents regarding the Land Register and I defined the basic terms which are related to the topic. I also described the rules of leading the Land Register. I devoted the next part of my thesis to the principle of the formal publicity of the Land Register in connection with the new legislative. I dealt with the options of getting the information from the cadastre, their legal boundaries, deadlines for giving out the information and fees. At the end I mentioned the protection of personal and secret information in connection with the demand of declassifying the Land Register.
