Tato diplomová práce má za cíl poskytnout ucelený přehled hmotněprávní úpravy prodlení a jeho následků nejen v současném občanském zákoníku, nýbrž i s ohledem na starší právní úpravu. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the substantive regulation of default and its consequences not only in the current Civil Code, but also with regard to older legislation.
