V této práci je provedena strategická analýza firmy Sapeli, a.s. Firma Sapeli, a.s. je českým výrobcem dveří s dlouholetou tradicí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. This thesis conducts the strategic analysis of the company Sapeli, a.s. Sapeli, a.s. is a Czech manufacturer of doors with a long company tradition.
