Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení se s alkoholickým nápojem whisky. Obsahem je charakterizovat tento nápoj z hlediska historického, technologického a legislativního. Důraz je kladen na významné obsahové látky a jejich vlastností z chemických aspektů. The aim of the bachelor work is to present an alkoholic drink whisky and characterized this beverage from the historical, technological and legislative viewpoint. The emphasis is laid on important contained substances and their properties in respect of chemical aspects.
