Abstract:
S rozvojem rostlinných transformačních technologií byl výzkum soustředěn na umělé konstrukty schopné zvyšovat transgenní expresi. Tyto konstrukty musí být po vnesení do hostitelského organismu schopny ovlivnit stabilitu inzerce a zvyšovat transgenní expresi. With the development of plant transformation technologies, the reseach has focused on the artificial constructs capable of increasing transgene expression.
