Abstract:
Spektroskopické metódy sú dôležitým nástrojom skúmania materiálov a prinášajú značné možnosti pri ich analýze. Táto práca sa zaoberá ich využitím pre analýzu automobilových farieb. Zameraná je hlavne na využitie vibračných spektier chemických látok a to pomocou Ramanovej a infračervenej spektroskopie, ktorých teoretické základy a forenzne aplikácie sú podrobne popísané. Spectroscopic methods are an important tool for material examination and provide consid-erable options for their analysis. This thesis deals with their use for the analysis of automo-tive paints. It focuses mainly on the use of vibrational spectra of chemical substances ob-tained by Raman and infrared spectroscopy. The principles of the methods and forensic applications are also described.
