Anotace:

The main aim of this thesis is to develop a sustainable business plan to establish a freight forwarding company in Prague with an operating field in Europe. The construction of the paper is divided into theoretical and practical parts. While the theoretical part covers descriptions and definitions of methods and tools themselves, the practical part implements them into a current business idea. In order to validate external & internal business environments, PESTEL and Five forces analysis were conducted. The following part of the thesis is a marketing plan, which was done by the Marketing Mix tool. Moreover, the business plan also covers company descriptions and a deep overview of each department, as well as all expenses and revenues. The final output shows that even the worst scenarios are profitable for businesses and investors.
