Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá urbánní etnologií a veřejným prostorem centra města Brna. První část je zaměřena na definování a typologii města a stručnou historii urbánní etnologie. Druhá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na centrum města Brna. Cílem je zjistit, jakým způsobem funguje veřejný prostor v tomto prostoru a jak jej vnímají jeho obyvatelé.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with urban ethnology and public space in Brno city center. The first part is focused on defining a typology of the city and a brief history of urban ethnology. The second part of the thesis is focused on the center of Brno. The aim is to determine how public space works in this area and how it is seen by its residents.
