Comparative analysis of the formal elements of the organization of a selected company in West Bohemia and one in Bavaria

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the organizational form of a corporate. The author chose ona Czech and one German company. General information about transport and logistik are available. For this purpose, corporate goals and types are presented. At the end of the thesis there is a conclusion with suggested improvements.

Abstract:

Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit den Organisationsformen eines Unternehmens. Der Autor hat ein tschechisches und ein deutsches Transportunternehmen ausgewählt. Allgemeine Informationen über Transport und Logistik sind vorhanden. Dazu werden Unternehmensziele und -typen vorgestellt. Am Ende der Arbeit befindet eine Schlussfolgerung mit vorgeschlagenen Verbesserungen.
