Use of bonding technology in the automotive industry

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je zpracována rešerše problematiky využití technologie lepení v automobilovém průmyslu. Popsána je základní teorie lepených spojů, příprava povrchů pro lepení, způsoby nanášení lepidel, montáž spojů a rozdělení lepidel do základních kategorií. Dále je zaměřena na historii využití lepení v konstrukci automobilů a současný stav. Rozebírány jsou však také moderní trendy, jakými je tato technologie využívána, obecnými výhodami a nevýhodami použití této metody spojování, ale také na pohled na tuto technologii z hlediska životního prostředí. Dále jsou řešeny konstrukce lepených spojů, oblasti využití u automobilu a využití v jiných oblastech průmyslu. V závěrečné části se zabývá parametry lepených spojů se zaměřením na limitní možnosti jejich použití, jejich testování a možnosti maximalizace kvality těchto spojů.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with research on the issue of the use of bonding technology in the automotive industry. The basic theory of bonded joints, preparation of surfaces for bonding, methods of applying adhesives, assembly of joints and division of adhesives into basic categories are described. It is also focused on the history of the use of bonding in the construction of cars and the current state. However, modern trends in the way this technology is used, the general advantages and disadvantages of using this joining method, as well as a look at this technology from an environmental point of view are also discussed. Furthermore, the construction of bonded joints, areas of use in automobiles and use in other areas of industry are addressed. In the final part, it deals with the parameters of bonded joints with a focus on the limit possibilities of their use, their testing and the possibilities of maximizing the quality of these joints.
