Abstract:
Práce popisuje události vedoucí ke vzniku středověké inkvizice jako instituce pro boj proti kacířství. Popisuje fungování soudního procesu, postup obžaloby, vyšetřování, výslechu, vynesení rozsudku a trestu. Následně ukazuje příklad možného zneužití inkvizice v případě procesů s templáři a čarodějnictvím.
Abstract:
The thesis describes the events leading to the formation of the medieval Inquisition as an institution for the eradication of heresy. Describes the functioning of the judicial process, a procedure the prosecution, investigation, interrogation, sentencing and punishment. Subsequently, an example of possible abuse of the Inquisition in the case of processes with the Templars and witchcraft.
