Tato diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V první z nich je obecně popsáno společenstvo dvoukřídlého hmyzu vázané na houby, jejich ekologie, vznik, potravní specializace a rozdělení. Dále jsou zde popsány konkrétní čeledi dvoukřídlého hmyzu vázané na dřevokazné lupenaté houby. This thesis consists of two parts. In the first part, the community of Diptera associated with fungi is generally described, its ecology, origin, food specialisation and classification.
