Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice pracovních vztahů a je zaměřena na téma pracovní poměr. V úvodu práce je vymezena oblast pracovního práva a jeho prameny. Obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů jako je pracovněprávní vztah, zaměstnavatel a zaměstnanec. Důraz je kladen na vznik pracovního poměru a jeho změny. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employment relationship and it is mainly focused on the employment. At first, there is an explanation of the industrial law and its sources.
