V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme shlukové analýze dat. První tři kapitoly obsahují teoretický úvod do dané problematiky. Ve čtvrté a zároveň poslední kapitole osvětlujeme dané téma na konkretním aplikačním příkladu. We study Cluster analysis in this thesis. The first three chapters contain theoretical introduction to the issue. In the last chapter we explain the topic on the specific example. Data was obtained from Ústav zdravotnických informací a statistiky ČR and it was processed using programming language R.
