Abstract:
Práce na téma Aukce uměleckých předmětů je rozdělena na čtyři hlavní části. První z nich se zabývá tématem aukce z obecného hlediska, vysvětlením samotného pojmu a jeho srovnáním s pojmem dražba. Další část se zaměřuje na legislativní problematiku. Uvádí jednotlivé zákony, o které se aukční síně opírají při sestavování vlastních aukčních řádů a podmínek průběhu aukcí. The thesis “Auction of the Artistic Articles” is divided up in four major parts. The first one deals with auctions in general, defines the term auction and compares auction with public sale. Next part focuses on legal issues. It states the actual laws, which are used by the auction halls when they set up their own auction regulations.
