Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce se použití čiřících prostředků ve vinařské technologii. V práci je zahrnut přehled čiřících prostředků a jejich vliv na kvalitu vín. Dále jsou v práci charakterizovány zákaly vín, příčiny jejich vzniku a možnosti odstranění.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the use of fining agents in the winemaking technology. The work includes an overview of fining agents and their impact on the quality of the wines. The thesis further deals with wine haze characteristic, its cause and possibilities of its elimina-tion.
