Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá právními aspekty samosprávného rozhodování vysokých škol o studentech a uchazečích. A to nejen individuálního, ale též normativního. V úvodní části shrnuje obecná východiska pro další úvahy, dále se věnuje společným otázkám správního rozhodování. Následně se zabývá dvěma specifickými oblastmi.
Abstract:
The dissertation called Administrative Decisions of the Higher Education Institutions deals with the administrative decision making of higher education institutions, especially within the field of autonomous decision making on students of higher education institutions and applicants. It deals with both – prescriptive and distinctive decision making.
