Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na management a marketing baseballového klubu Třebíč Nuclears. Cílem práce je popis a analýza aktuálního fungování baseballového klubu. Na základě zjištěných poznatků proběhne zhodnocení aktuálního stavu a vytvoření doporučení v oblastech managementu a marketingu, které by mohlo pomoci budoucímu vývoji klubu. This bachelor thesis is focused on the management and marketing of the baseball club Třebíč Nuclars. The aim of the work is to describe and analyze the current functioning of the baseball club. Based on findings I will evaluate current status and make recommendations in the areas of management and marketing, which could help the future development of the club.
