Abstract:

The title of my thesis is called How to Find and Select New Employees for Managerial Positions. The purpose of my study is to find out the theoretical and practical aspects of recruitment and selection in the organization and to consider the methods of assessing a candidate for a managerial position. In my work I disclose the nature and significance of the recruitment and selection of personnel in the organization, identify factors for success in the search and selection of personnel, explore the sources of finding potential employee, analyze the system of recruitment and selection in the enterprise, propose measures to improve the system of recruitment and selection in the enterprise.
