Examination of the heart using by magnetic resonance imaging

Abstract:

Onemocnění kardiovaskulární soustavy jsou v České republice dlouhodobě nejčastější příčinou úmrtí (podíl zemřelých v důsledku nemocí oběhové soustavy činil v roce 2012 49%, z toho zhruba 55% ženy a 45% muži). Tato závěrečná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přehled možností vyšetření srdce pomocí magnetické rezonance, ale i na způsoby vyšetření srdce v historickém pohledu. Cílem bakalářské práce je metodou kompilace popsat výhody dané metody oproti výhodám a nevýhodám dalších alternativních vyšetření a v praktické části přiblížit vyšetření viability srdce na pracovišti magnetické rezonance Městské nemocnice Ostrava a v průzkumném šetření praktické části zjistit strukturu pacientů, přicházejících k vyšetření srdce magnetickou rezonancí, spektrum odesílajících lékařů, indikační diagnózy a předpokládaná postižení (očekávaný přínos vyšetření).

Abstract:

Cardiovascular disease is the most often causation of Death in the Czech republic. Proportion of dead people as a consequence of diseases of blood circulation system constituted 49% in 2012, where 55% comprised women and remaining 45% men. This final bachelor thesis focused on possibilities of medical examinations of heart with a help of magnetic resonance imaging, but also the ways of heart examination in the historical order. The main aim of this work is description the advantages of given method by the method of compilation in comparison with the advantages and disadvantages other alternative examinations and then approach an examination of heart from view its viability in the place of employment of magnetic resonance in City Hospital Ostrava and subsequently in the survey exploratory inquiry belonged to practical part to find out a structure of chosen patients who are coming to the hospital in particular magnetic resonance imaging, due to the heart examination, then the spectrum of dispatching doctors, indication diagnoses and last but not lest expected assess of examinations or if you want anticipated disability.
