Mobile Application for Displaying 3D Tiles Format in Augmented Reality

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj mobilní aplikace pro zobrazení formátu 3D Tiles v rozšířené realitě na platformě Android. Práce analyzuje moderní přístupy a technologie pro vývoj aplikací pro Android. Dále práce zkoumá formát 3D Tiles pro streamování grafických dat a navrhuje jejich prezentaci v rozšířené realitě s využitím ARCore a SceneView. Implementace aplikace zahrnuje unit testování určitých částí aplikace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a mobile application for displaying 3D Tiles format in augmented reality on the Android platform. The thesis analyses modern approaches and technologies for Android application development. Furthermore, the thesis explores the 3D Tiles format for streaming graphical data and proposes its presentation in augmented reality using ARCore and SceneView. The implementation of the application involves unit testing certain parts of the application.
