Process management related to the customers in the company
Abstract:
Teoretická část práce se zabývá definováním a vymezením pojmů hodnota, její řízení; strategie a její tvorba; proces, procesní řízení a jeho důvody pro zavedení. Praktická část obsahuje základní mapování procesů ve společnosti a jejich fungování. V závěru je navrženo doporučení na změnu v procesech pro společnost.
Abstract:
Work is devoted to process control in the company to customers. The paper shows the value of concepts, management, strategy and production, process, process control, and the reasons for the introduction related to this issue. Work describes the processes taking place in societies and how they are governed.
