Abstract:

Nosným tématem této práce je problematika domácího násilí v České republice a otázky jejího řešení. První část poukazuje na roli osob ohrožených domácím násilím, zpravidla žen a jejich dětí, vůči osobám násilným, které představují jejich muži, partneři, otcové, a současně poodkrývá rizikové faktory vzniku domácího násilí. Druhá část se věnuje legislativě (Zákon č. 135/2006 Sb.), která stanovila nové postupy při řešení této problematiky a mapuje práci intervenčních center a jejich zkušenosti za první dva roky jejich fungování. Závěr práce tvoří výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které ověřovalo osobní zkušenosti jednotlivých intervenčních center.

Abstract:

This thesis concerns on the problems of domestic violence in the Czech republic and on the questions how to solve them. The first part points out on the roles of individuals who might be endangered by domestic violence, mostly on women and their children, and towards rapists who are represented by their husbands, partners, fathers, and it also deals with the factors that might be crucial for the emergence of domestic violance. The second part is focused on the legislation (Act No. 135/2006 Collection of Law), which established the new methods of handling with these problems and covers the work of interventionist centers and their experience within the first two years of their operation. The conclusion of this thesis contains the results of the questionnaire inquiry which was focused on the personal experience of the individual interventionist centers.
