Posuzování přestupků souvisejících s dopravní nehodou a jejich postih

Evaluating driving offences related to traffic accidents and their penalties.
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku správního řízení v České republice. Kromě samotného procesu je obsažen také návrh opatření směřujících ke zvýšení bezpečnosti provozu na pozemních komunikacích. Zabývá se také hlavními přestupky, které jsou páchány ve vybraném regionu, a na základě provedeného dotazování zjištěnými opatřeními, která by byli ochotni přestupci akceptovat v rámci prevence.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the issue of administrative proceedings in the Czech Republic. In addition to the process itself, there is also a proposal for measures aimed at increasing road safety. It also deals with the main offenses committed in the selected region and, based on the inquiries carried out, identified measures that the offenders would be willing to accept as a prevention.
