Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice interrupcí z eticko-právního hlediska. Cílem této práce je prokázat, zda současná česká právní úprava interrupcí je vyhovující. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of abortion on ethical and legal perspective. The aim of this work is to establish whether the current Czech law on abortion is acceptable. To achieve this goal will be presented the fundamental arguments for and against abortion. On their basis is analyzed legislation on abortion, which is not so much current in the Czech Republic.
