Assessment of consequences and sanctions arising from the breach of the trasport conditions within the public transportation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení důsledků při nedodržení přepravních podmínek v rámci MHD. Zabývá se jak teoretickou částí, tak i částí praktickou. V teoretické části je nastíněn legislativní a procesní postup porušení přepravních podmínek. Praktická část pak obsahuje konkrétní dopady tohoto porušení včetně rozboru a vyhodnocení vybraného souboru žalob. V návaznosti na praktickou část je specifikována problematika související se soudním řízením a vymáháním pohledávek.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis is focused on assessment of consequences in case of breach of the public transport terms. Thesis is composed of theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, thesis deals with legislative process of breach of the public transport terms. Practical part contains specific impacts of this breach, including analysis and evaluation of civil actions. In connection with practical part, thesis is also focused on problems with legal proceedings and enforcing claims.
