Prediktivní finanční analýza jako nástroj mezipodnikového srovnání vývoje finančního zdraví ex ante

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je otestovat, posoudit a klasifikovat schopnost udržet nebo zlepšit finanční zdraví u skupiny malých a středních rodinných podniků ve stavebnictví. Přínosem práce je u úspěšných podniků, z výsledků podrobné finanční analýzy, specifikovat faktory udržení a růstu finančního zdraví, pro formulaci dobré praxe finančního managementu. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny teoretické principy nezbytné pro analýzu vývoje finančního zdraví. Praktická část obsahuje konkrétní analýzu finančního zdraví, která je provedena na základě indexu IN05, který je přizpůsobený na české prostředí. Na základě tohoto indexu jsou podniky rozděleny do kategorií: s pevným finančním zdravím, finančně nejisté a ohrožené bankrotem. Je zhodnocen minulý vývoj v období hospodářské konjunktury i makroekonomických šoků. Pro podniky s pevným finančním zdravím je vytvořena predikce budoucího vývoje indexu IN05. V závěru práce jsou specifikovány faktory dobré praxe pro udržení nebo další zlepšení finančního zdraví.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to test, assess and classify the ability to maintain or improve financial health in a group of small and medium-sized family-owned companies in the construction industry. The benefit of the thesis is to specify, for successful companies, from the results of a detailed financial analysis, the factors of maintaining and increasing financial health, for the formulation of good practices of financial management. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the theoretical principles necessary for the analysis of the development of financial health. The practical part contains a specific analysis of financial health, which is carried out on the basis of the IN05 index, which is adapted to the Czech environment. On the basis of this index, enterprises are divided into categories: those with solid financial health, financially insecure and at risk of bankruptcy. The past development in the period of economic boom and macroeconomic shocks is assessed. A forecast of the future development of the IN05 index is made for firms with solid financial health. The study concludes by specifying good practice factors for maintaining or further improving financial health
