Deposit of Proprietary Law to Immovables
Abstract:
V úvodu je stručně popsán předmět a obsah katastru nemovitostí, zásady vedení katastru a převody vlastnického práva smlouvou kupní, darovací a směnnou. V hlavní části je rozebrána problematika přezkumné činnosti katastrálního úřadu,týkající se vkladu vlastnického práva, v návaznosti na související judikaturu. V závěru práce je rozebrána soudní kontrola rozhodnutí katastrálního úřadu.
Abstract:
In the Preamble is briefly described the Object and Content of the Cadastral Register and principles of the administrative of the Cadastral Register. Follow transfers of ownership rights via contract of purchase, deed of gift and barter contract.
