Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem pomoci osobám v hmotné nouzi. Práce obsahuje základní informace o pojmu hmotná nouze, jejím zařazení v systému sociálního zabezpečení, podmínkách pro vznik nároku na jednotlivé dávky z tohoto sys-tému a orgánech pomoc provádějících.
