Předmětem této diplomové práce je vydědění neopomenutelného dědice. Aktuální úprava důvodů k vydědění je často kritizována pro svou abstraktnost a obecnost a z toho důvodu je hlavním cílem práce definovat právní termíny jako jsou opravdový zájem, potřebná pomoc a nezřízený život a vymezit situace, na které dané ustanovení dopadá. Abstract:
The theme of the graduation thesis is the disinheritance of forced heir. Current regulation of reasons for disinheritance is often criticized for its abstraction and generality and that is why the main goal of the thesis is to define the concepts of law such as real interest, necessary help and unrestrained life and to determine situations which this statement comprehends.
