Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. ke dni 31. 12. 2019 jako podklad pro rozhodování potencionálního investora, zda do podniku investovat, či nikoliv. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se detailně zabývá vymezením základních pojmů spojených s oceňováním, jeho metodickým postupem a dílčími nástroji. Praktická část diplomové práce vychází z teoretických poznatků provedením strategické a finanční analýzy. Na základě provedených analýz je následně sestaven finanční plán, který je podkladem pro samotné ocenění společnosti. V závěru je pak stanovena výsledná hodnota podniku prostřednictvím výnosové metody DCF entity.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis aims to determine the value of the company T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. as of 31. 12. 2019 for investment decision making of whether or not to invest in the business. The work was divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part provides more details on the basic concepts associated with valuation, its methodological process and instruments. The practical part of the thesis is anchored in theoretical knowledge and conducts strategic and financial analysis. Based on the performed analyses, a financial plan was drawn up, which is the basis for the valuation of the company itself. In conclusion, the resulting company value is determined by using the dynamic method DCF entity.
