Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dlouhodobým finančním řízením a plánováním, které je nepostradatelnou součástí strategického plánu podniku. Plán by měl sestavovat každý podnik nezávisle na velikosti, v horizontu pěti až deseti let. Finanční řízení a plánování je vykonáváno finančním managmentem a controllingem ve sféře strategického a operativního plánování. Cílem této činnosti je vytvoření dokumentu, který by měl odrážet aktuální a budoucí finanční pozici podniku a je rovněž klíčovým dokumentem pro rozhodování o aktivitách podniku v daném období. Při jeho tvorbě je klíčové zvolit správnou metodiku a strukturu, která není stanovena žádnou právní úpravou.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the long-term financial management and planning, which is an essential part of any strategic business plan. The plan should cover all business regardless of size, in the next five to ten years. Financial direction and planning is performed by controlling and financial managment in the sphere of strategic and operational planning. The aim of this activity is to create a document that should reflect the current and future financial position of the company and is a key document for decisions on business activities in any given period. When his work is crucial to select the right methodology and structure, which is not currently covered by legislation.
