Reducing set-up times and standardization process
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o zkracování seřizovacích časů a standardizaci postupu v průmyslovém podniku, který se zabývá výrobou pístů především do automobilového průmyslu. Formou audiovizuálních záznamů byla analyzována seřízení strojů na zvolené obráběcí lince. Na základě výsledků byla identifikována a vyčíslena jednotlivá plýtvání. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on reducing set-up times and process standardization in an industrial establishment. There has been analyzed set-up times of machines by audiovisual records at a selected machining line. Based on measurements results there were identified and quantified wasting. There were created proposals for improvement which lead to reducing set-up times and work simplification.
