Abstract:
Work deals Institute voidability legal acts . The aim of this work is to analyze the concept of legal action, and to explain its essence. Examine Institute Voidable , and show its legislation in Slovakia and the Czech Republic In the first chapter we focus on the explanation of the conceptof legal action, its elements as well as its division.Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá inštitútom odporovateľnosti právnych úkonov. Cieľom predkladanej práce je analyzovať pojem právny úkon, vysvetliť jeho podstatu. Skúmať inštitút odporovateľnosti právneho úkonu a poukázať na jeho právnu úpravu v Slovenskej a Českej republike.
