Abstract:
Tématem práce je eJustice. Práce je věnována využití informačních technologií v oblasti práv a soudů v České republice. V práci je stručně charakterizován pojem eJustice a představeny vybrané projekty z resortu vnitra a spravedlnosti.
Abstract:
The main topic of this seminar paper is eJustice. The paper deals with the use of the information technology in the field of laws and courts in the Czech Republic. The essay analyzes the term eJustice and introduces some projects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Justice.
