Icy plugin na segmentaci obrazu pomocí rychlých aproximací implicitních aktivních kontur

Icy Plugin for Image Segmentation Based on Fast Implicit Active Contours
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to implement two algorithms, which approximate a minimization of the geodesic and Chan-Vese models for image segmentation in the level set framework, in Java. These implementations also serve as plugins for the Icy application. Their accuracy and speed were compared with those of the existing C++ implementations of both algorithms.

Cieľom tejto práce bolo v jazyku Java naprogramovať dva algoritmy, ktoré aproximujú minimalizáciu geodetického a Chan-Vese modelu pre segmentáciu obrazu pomocou Level Set metód. Tieto implementácie zároveň slúžia ako pluginy do aplikácie Icy. Oba algoritmy už existujú v podobe C++ implementácií. Úlohou bolo porovnanie oboch verzií medzi sebou - čo sa času i presnosti výpočtu týka.
