Development trends of CRM systems

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací a analýzou trendů, které pravděpodobně v budoucnosti ovlivní podobu CRM systémů. Zároveň je tato práce zaměřena i na konkrétní změny, které implementace těchto trendů přinese. V rámci hlavní části práce je uvedeno šest významných technologií a principů, které podobu CRM systémů v budoucnu ovlivní. Třem nejdůležitějším technologiím jsou pak věnovány separátní kapitoly. V rámci těchto kapitol jsou výše zmíněné technologie a principy detailněji prozkoumány. Dále je také obsažena kapitola zaměřená na hybatele změn, v jejímž rámci je blíže popsáno, jak a proč ke změnám dochází. Konec práce je pak věnován autorově predikci budoucího stavu. Tato predikce je následně porovnána s názorem odborné veřejnosti. Přínosem této práce je poskytnutí uceleného komplexního pohledu na problematiku vývoje CRM systémů. Po přečtení práce by tak čtenář měl mít dobrý přehled o tom, jak CRM systémy dnes vypadají, jaké změny se v nich předpokládají, proč k těmto změnám pravděpodobně dojde a jak budou systémy vypadat v budoucnu.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to identify and analyze trends which will probably change the way CRM systems work. The thesis is also focused on specific changes in those systems caused by an implementation of the trends mentioned above. The main part of the thesis lists six significant technologies and principles which will change CRM systems in the future. The most significant three of those technologies and principles are later looked on in more detail in separate chapters. Furthermore the thesis contains chapter focused on causes which set the changes into motion. Within this chapter the changes are also explored in a way to address the questions why and how are those changes happening. The end of the thesis is based on authors prediction of a future state of the CRM systems. This prediction is also compared with an opinion of people interested in a topic of CRM systems. The outcome of the thesis is complex view on a topic of CRM systems evolution. After finishing the thesis a reader should acquire decent overview of the topic of CRM systems evolution, its current state, the causes of mentioned changes, and what those changes are.
