Diplomová práce se zabývá faktory ovlivňující cenu nemovitostí v ČR. Cílem práce je sestavit regresní model cenového růstu bytových jednotek, jehož prostřednictvím jsou vyhodnoceny regionální rozdíly závislosti jednotlivých faktorů na trhu nemovitostí v České republice. The Master's thesis is dealing with factors influencing the prices of properties in Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to build a regression model of the increase in prices for housing units, through which we can evaluate the regional differences influencing factors on the real estate market of Czech Republic.
