Determination of fungitoxicity in grapevine extracellular media
Abstract:
Grey mold (Botrytis cinerea) is one of the most important fungal pests, that attacks grapevine. Mold covers grapes by grey coating, attacks also stalks and leafs causing necrosis. Plants have developed defence against these types of pathogens. Defence consists in synthesis of substances, that are able to stop the growth and to kill of the pathogen. Abstract:
Jedním z nejvýznamnějších houbových škůdců révy vinné je šedá plíseň (Botrytis cinerea). Obaluje hrozny šedým povlakem, napadá taky stonky a listy, přičemž způsobuje nekrózy. Rostliny si při napadnutí takovým patogenem vyvinuli obranu, která spočívá především v syntéze látek, které slouží k zastavení růstu a zahubení patogena.
