The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to describe a chosen matter which a credit rating agency has to look into when conducting a financial analysis of non-financial corporation. The thesis is divided into two separated parts. The first one deals with an approach of rating agencies to making financial statements adjustments in case an operating lease is reported.
