Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je přiblížení problematiky dluhopisů a způsobů jejich oceňování při investování podniku. První část práce se věnuje obecné teorii dluhopisů v České republice, a jejich základnímu dělení. Další část práce je věnována finančním trhům a subjektům, které jsou přímo či nepřímo spojeny s emisí dluhopisů. Závěr práce se zabývá diskrétními a spojitými modely pro oceňování dluhopisů …more

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to approach the problem of bonds and the way of their valuation. The first part of this thesis is dedicated to the theory of bonds in the Czech Republic and their basic division.
