Crisis intervention with children and adolescents in the context of children's crisis center in Brno

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou krizové intervence u dětí a mladistvých v kontextu krizových center v Brně. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmem „krizová intervence“ všeobecně. Poté je již rozdělená na samostatné kapitoly, kde se zmiňuji o krizi, krizových situacích, které mohou potkat každého jedince v životě a způsoby řešení krizí v životě. Dále se zaměřuji přímo na krizovou intervenci, na její definici a také na formy a techniky krizové intervence. Závěrečné kapitoly se zabývají krizovou intervencí u dětí a mladistvých a pracovištěm krizové intervence v Brně. V praktické části jsem se zabývala výzkumem, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jaká je informovanost žáků základní školy o krizové intervenci, Linkách bezpečí a o tom, zda mají ve svém životě klíčové osoby. Zkoumala jsem také, zda by žáci pomohli kamarádovi v těžké situaci.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the crisis intervention in children and adolescents in the context of crisis centers in Brno. In the theoretical part, it deals with the concept of "crisis intervention" in general. Then it is divided into separate chapters, where I mention the crisis, crisis situations that can happen in the life of every individual and ways to resolve the crisis in their life. Than it will focus directly on crisis intervention, it is definition and also on the forms and techniques of crisis intervention. The final chapters deal with crisis intervention for children and adolescents and workplace crisis intervention in Brno. In the practical part I have conducted a research, the aim of which was to determine what or whether primary school pupils know about crisis intervention, emergency phone line and whether they have in their lives key persons. I also examined whether the pupils help a friend in a difficult situation.
