Abstract:

Diplomová práce má za cíl objasnit vliv kognitivní rehabilitace na fungování osob se získaným poškozením mozku v domácím prostředí. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do jednotlivých hlavních kapitol, které objasňují nejdůležitější pojmy pro porozumění výzkumné části. Jedná se o objasnění pojmu kognitivní rehabilitace, získaná poškození mozku a jejich vlivu na fungování osob s tímto postižením v domácím prostředí. Dále seznamuje s problematikou neformálně pečujících a sociálně podpůrných systémů. Cílem výzkumné části diplomové práce bylo zjistit vliv kognitivní rehabilitace na fungování osob se získaným poškozením mozku v domácím prostředí s konceptuálním rámcem zkoumání změn soběstačnosti osob se získaným poškozením mozku a vlivu na zátěž neformálně pečujících a využívání sociálního podpůrného systému. Tyto cíle byly zjišťovány pomocí kvantitativní výzkumné strategie, kdy vlastní dotazníkové šetření bylo doplněno o vstupní a výstupní hodnoty dvou standardizovaných testů IADL a ACE-R. Výsledky byly vyhodnoceny za pomoci jedno a dvourozměrné analýzy s pomocí statistického software IBM SPSS Statistics, verze 25.0.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis aims to clarify the effect of cognitive rehabilitation on the functioning of persons with acquired brain damage in the home environment. The theoretical part of the work is divided into individual main chapters that clarify the most important terms for understanding the research part. It is about clarifying the concept of cognitive rehabilitation, acquired brain damage and their influence on the functioning of people with this disability in the home environment. It also introduces the issue of informal caregiving and social support systems. The aim of the research part of the thesis was to determine the effect of cognitive rehabilitation on the functioning of persons with acquired brain damage in the home environment with the conceptual framework of examining changes in the self-sufficiency of persons with acquired brain damage and the effect on the burden of informal caregivers and the use of the social support system. These goals were determined using a quantitative research strategy, where the questionnaire survey itself was supplemented with input and output values of two standardized tests, IADL and ACE-R. The results were evaluated using univariate and bivariate analysis using statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics, version 25.0.
