This diploma thesis deals with the question "Why is there so much diversity of legal opinion?“. The first chapter focuses on plurality of opinion in society and defines legal opinion as well as discusses its presence in the legal field. Táto diplomová práca sa venuje otázke názorovej nezhody v práve. Prvá časť sa koncentruje na názorovú pluralitu v spoločnosti. Ďalej definuje právny názor a zaoberá sa jeho výskytom v právnej sfére. V ďalšej časti potom predostiera typovú analýzu nezhôd v právnom prostredí. Charakterizuje empirické a teoretické nezhody pričom vychádza z názorov Ronalda Dworkina.
