Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na srovnání dramaturgické a marketingové koncepce dvou mezinárodních divadelních festivalů -- Divadelní Flora Olomouc a Setkání-Stretnutie Zlín. Cílem této práce je zasadit tyto dva zvolené divadelní festivaly do kontextu nesoutžních divadelních přehlídek pořádaných v České republice, analyzovat a srovnat dramaturgickou a marketingovou stránku obou festivalů a současně nalézt ideálního diváka pro oba festivaly. V teoretické části je nadefinován pojem festival, respektive divadelní festival, včetně historického vývoje. Dále je součástí stručné představení dvou vybraných divadelních festivalů, a to v kontextu dalších významných divadelních přehlídek pořádaných v České republice. Závěr teoretické části práce tvoří kapitoly věnující se marketingové a demografické teorii. V praktické části jsou pak hlouběji představeny oba vybrané festivaly, a to jak z hlediska historie, tak i z hlediska marketingové strategie a dramaturgického konceptu. Další část tvoří analýza ideálního diváka pro oba festivaly, která je sestavena na základě demografických údajů jednotlivých okresů, ve kterých se zvolené festivaly konají. Závěrečná kapitola hodnotí efektivitu marketingových nástrojů používaných pořadateli festivalů a zároveň přináší návrhy a doporučení vyplývající z demografického šetření obyvatel jednotlivých okresů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis compares dramaturgic and marketing approaches of two international theatre festivals -- Divadelní Flora in Olomouc and Setkání-Stretnutie in Zlin. The aim of this paper is to put these two chosen theatre festivals into context of noncompetitive theatre festivals held in the Czech Republic., to analyze and compare dramaturgic and marketing aspects of both festivals as well as to find an ideal visitor for both festivals. The theoretical part defines the term festival, or more precisely theatre festival including its history. Furthermore it includes a brief introduction of two selected theatre festivals with an emphasis on other theatre festivals held in the Czech Republic. The following chapters develop marketing and demographic theory. The practical part then introduces both chosen festivals more into depth, especially from the point of history, marketing strategy and dramaturgic concept. Other part is dedicated to the analysis of ideal visitors, this analysis is based on demographic information of regions, where the festivals are held. The final chapter evaluates the effectivity of marketing instruments used by festival organizers and at the same time it makes proposals and recommendations resulting from demographic investigation of individual regions.
