The Influence of the Trade Licensing Act on Permitted Trades

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou soukromých bezpečnostních služeb z pohledu živnostenského zákona. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny základní pojmy živnostenského zákona, charakterizována koncesovaná živnost a řízení o koncesi. Detailně jsou vymezeny koncese umožňující poskytování soukromých bezpečnostních služeb. Praktická část se věnuje novelám živnostenského zákona, které pozměnily právní úpravu vybraných koncesovaných živností a současně je provedena analýza, zda tyto změny měly dopad na počet podnikatelů ve vybraném správním obvodě obce s rozšířenou působností.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the legal arrangements of the private security services from the Trade Licensing Act perspective. In the theoretical part of this thesis are described the basic terms of the Trade Licensing Act, there is also the concession trade and the concession proceedings characterized. Moreover, the concessions to provide of private security ser-vices are defined in detail. The practical part of the thesis deals with amendment of the Trade Licensing Act, that modified the legal arrangement of selected licensed trades and at the same time it is analyzed whether these changes had an impact on the number of entre-preneurs in the selected administrative district of the municipality with extended competence.
